Because of the way we are ending the year we will be having check-out a little differently as well. I have made appointment times at this link (K-11 Check-out Appointments) for May 18-22. Times will be from 8 AM - 4 PM on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and from 9 AM - 6 PM on Tuesday and Thursday. Once you click on the link you will need to make sure your calendar is on the week of May 18-22 in order to see the appointment slots. Every family needs to sign up for a time that works into their schedule.

These time slots will be 10 minutes long for each family to bring back necessary items (laptop, charger, textbooks, calculators, library books, etc). If you have more than four students in your family please sign up for two time slots. One member of each family will come to the north outdoor auxilliary gym entrance at the time they sign up for, with their family's items and will be sent down a row of tables to check-out for the year.

If you are unsure what you will need to bring with you then you can look at the Digital Check-Out Sheet which has been shared with every student in grades K-11 via email/Google Drive. Each class has a tab at the bottom of the sheet. You can click on the grade level to go to the correct sheet. If you hover over any item not checked off there should be a note explaining why this item isn't checked off by Thursday, May 14. If you disagree with an item you can check with the teacher to either resolve the disagreement or find out more details.

One last thing we will need to know when you show up for your appointment time is if there is anything on your laptop that isn't working. If you could have a list of these items when you show up that will make the process run more smoothly!

Any school issued equipment, uniforms and materials should be returned at this check-out unless other arrangements have been made. Let me know if you have any questions!! Thanks!!
