Alma Public Schools is seeking bids from qualified cleaning service providers to maintain the cleanliness of our restrooms and locker rooms. The cleaning services will be conducted before or after school hours to minimize the disruption to our students and staff.
Scope of Work: The selected vendor will be responsible for the comprehensive cleaning and sanitization of all restrooms and locker rooms within the school buildings. This includes but is not limited to:
· Cleaning and disinfecting toilet fixtures, sinks, mirrors, and countertops.
· Sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting floors.
· Emptying and sanitizing waste receptacles.
· Cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces, including partitions and door handles.
· Refilling soap dispensers, paper towel holders, and toilet paper dispensers as needed.
· Inspection and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
