The Alma Golf team traveled to Oxford to play for the Conference title. Alma had a great day on the Cardinal Country Club course with 4 kids making the top 15 and the team winning the title. Leading the way for Alma was Grant McQuay with a score of 94 which was two strokes off the winner. Kamden Bose from Southern Valley won the individual title with a score of 92. Other golfers for Alma were Ryan Kermmoade with a score of 98 in 8th place, Jack Waldo in 11th with a score of 102, and Ryan Brugh with a score of 103 in 14th. Austin Schmidt was the 5th golfer on the team with a score of 129. The team scored 397 which was good enough for the win. Southern Valley was 2ns with a score of 413. Alma golf keeps the tradition alive of winning Conference 8 out of the last 14 years. Alma looks to return to Oxford to the Southern Valley Invite this week.
