We are hatching chicks in the 2nd Grade classrooms! Rebecca Dahlgren, Extension Educator, came and discussed Embryology with both 2nd Grade classes. Today is the day!! The Cardinal Math Club is competing in the MathWorks Math Modeling Challenge. This is the first ever Cardinal Math Club and they will be competing against some of the brightest kids across the country and Great Britain. They will be hard at work for the next 14 hours trying to find a solution to the real world problem they were give!
