With the impending forecast for Thursday, May 5, we have made the decision to postpone the track meet until Friday, May 6 at 10 AM. With this decision there will be two changes. First, there will be a full day of school on Thursday, May 5, and we will dismiss at normal time. On Friday, May 6, there will be no school. The final week of life skill lessons included: sewing on a button, hand sewing a ripped seam, using a planner system, kitchen safety, using student discounts, and a special guest speaker - Harlan County attorney, Bryan McQuay, discussing laws as adults. The Cardinals Fueled by Beef committee is excited to be grilling hamburgers for all students and staff at APS on Friday, April 29th.
