INSTRUCTIONAL VOLLEYBALL UPDATE: Due to a music recital Monday, April 19, held at school, the 4th and 5th grade Instructional Volleyball will be Thursday, April 22, from 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM. Thanks to the training these students have received in the jobs as CNAs and Lifeguards, Michelle Lujan Medrano, Colton Dahlgren, and Haylee Wing taught the seniors some basic health information such as giving the Heimlich, giving CPR, and taking a pulse and blood pressure. #ProudToBeACardinal

The senior survey class is learning some life skills before they graduate in a few short weeks! They all gave ideas about things they think are important to learn before they head off on their own and started their presentations today. First up were Alex Barwick and Connor Bose who taught their classmates how to change a tire and how to change their oil. What great skills to have!! #ProudToBeACardinal

Congratulations to Karri Christensen on being named as a recipient of the Western Nebraska Administrators Scholarship for use in the upcoming 2021-2022 school year. The WNA is a group of school administrators from across the Panhandle, West Central and Southwest Nebraska who advocate for public education in Nebraska. Each year they offer scholarships for the second semester to qualifying students who are pursuing a career in the field of education. Way to go Karri!! #ProudToBeACardinal
