I heard there might be a few more who might like to attend, so I am extending the deadline to this Friday, May 8.

Alma will be offering summer academy once again. This program will enable your child to gain skills in many different academic areas and have fun while doing so!

This program will run for five weeks, Monday – Thursday, on the following dates: June 1-4, June 8-11, June 15-18, June 22-25, and June 29-July 2.

The Kindergarten – 2nd grade will attend from 8:50 AM – 10:20 AM and the 3rd – 6th grade will attend from 10:30 AM – 12 PM. Students will enter and exit through the Northwest door of the School building by the playground. Please drop off and pick up your child in the designated area.

Zavier Mitchell broke the RPAC meet record in the 110 Hurdles! His time of 14.66 bested the time of 14.84 set in 2014 and tied in 2018. #ProudToBeACardinal

Tucker Biskup broke the RPAC record in Long Jump set last year by Zavier Mitchell. He jumped 22'3" and the record was 21'8". Aysha Neal broke the 3200 meter run school record today as well. It was Mandy Shaw’s record from 1998. She ran 12:29.69. #ProudToBeACardinal

Lydia Sikes was honored today by the Salvation Army as one of 19 students chosen for the DJ’s Hero Award. Nominated by Mrs. Biskup for her resilience and tenacity, she has overcome many obstacles to become an achiever with high aspirations. The ceremony was attended by over 1,000 people where Shilo Harris, a Purple Heart recipient and inspirational speaker, gave the keynote address. We are proud of this recognition for Lydia and excited to see what she can accomplish in her future. #ProudToBeACardinal
