After a hard fought battle, Alma falls to Cambridge 45-55. The Alma boys finish out their regular season in Arapahoe next Friday. Way to fight boys.


Day 1 of District wrestling has concluded for the Cardinals. We have seven wrestlers still competing for the opportunity to qualify for the state tournament. Carter, Alek, and Jeremy are in the semifinals. Logan, Tucker, Clay, and River are in the wrestlebacks. Things get started again at 10 AM. Good luck tomorrow boys! #ProudToBeACardinal

The cheerleaders have provided us with great entertainment all year. They showed us part of their state competition tonight. Good luck as they are at state on Friday in Grand Island.

Girls fight to the end. They win 46-36. They will be back in action Tuesday in Alma at the D1-10 sub-districts. They are the #1 seed. Awesome job ladies!!!

Alma Public Schools will be hosting the D1-10 Girls Subdistrict Basketball Tournament next week! Alma will have their first game on Tuesday, February 14, at 6 PM. The bracket is attached. Go Cards!! #ProudToBeACardinal


The Summer Honors Program will be holding a 50/50 raffle during the Alma vs Cambridge basketball game on Friday. The two-week program has been held annually for more than 40 years in Holdrege, bringing talented youth and expert instructors together to create in-depth learning. Many Alma and Cambridge students benefit from this program each summer. Due to reduction in state funding, the program needs your help! Please buy raffle tickets during the game for your chance to win and help support this outstanding program!
